Hi, I’m Celeste (she/her)
Much of my life has been shaped by self-doubt, a constant companion prompting me to question my desires, thoughts, and decisions. I struggled to believe that I knew what was best for me, leading to prolonged periods of feeling stuck.
Growing up in a chaotic and unpredictable environment left me skeptical of my own perceptions. Instability taught me not to trust that what was true today would still be true tomorrow. Frequent moves reinforced the idea of not holding on too tightly to people or places.
I was convinced that if I were healthier or "normal," I would be happy.
I've dedicated years to addressing my own developmental trauma and attachment injuries. Through therapy, literature, journaling, meditation, physical movement, heartbreak, and meaningful relationships, I've learned to tune into my inner wisdom. My journey taught me to heed the quiet but persistent voice within, whispering, "This is not the end; there is more for you."
For me, offering therapy to others is the ultimate acknowledgment of that inner voice—a testament to the transformative power of self-discovery and the profound healing that is possible for everyone.
“Be softer with you. you are a breathing thing. a memory to someone. a home to a life.”

Values + Stance
In acknowledging my identity as a cisgender, white woman, I am conscious of the inherent privileges and perspectives that come with it. I am committed to affirming marginalized identities and critical of the hierarchical systems that perpetuate a patriarchal, white supremacist, and ableist culture.
My dedication extends to providing a therapeutic space that is anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ affirming, body-liberating, and sex-positive. I firmly believe that my work as a therapist and my role as an individual navigating the world are inextricably interconnected. My commitment to fostering individual healing in my profession is inseparable from the broader goal of contributing to collective healing in our communities.
Recognizing that activism is essential for progress, I advocate for social justice, freedom, equity, and collective liberation. If you feel inclined, I invite you to inquire about the active steps I am taking to contribute to positive change.
